Accessibility

We want everyone to be able to browse our products, request a quote, place an order and track it, whatever device or assistive technology they use. Our aim is to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. We are working towards that goal and do not claim full compliance yet.

What we have done

• Product and project photos carry text descriptions (alt text) for screen readers.
• Every page, menu, form and product tab works with a keyboard alone, with a clearly visible focus ring.
• Text and buttons are checked for colour contrast against their background.
• Every form field has a visible label. Errors name the field and explain how to fix it, and are read out by screen readers.
• Prices that change as you edit a quantity are announced to screen readers.
• If your device asks for reduced motion, videos stay still. Background videos that play on their own have a pause button.
• Our factory videos have no speech. Any video with speech will carry captions.
• Buttons and controls on phones are at least 44 pixels in size, so they are easy to tap.

Known gaps

• Some downloadable PDFs, such as dieline templates and our company profile, are design files and may not read well with a screen reader. Ask us and we will describe the content or send it in another format.
• The map on our contact page and the WhatsApp chat are run by Google and Meta, so their accessibility is outside our control. Our address and phone number are always shown as plain text too.
• A few older product photos may have short descriptions. We improve them as we add new photos.
