Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Aitemaad Packages collects, uses and protects the information you share with us.

Information we collect

When you request a quote, order a sample, place an order or contact us, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, company, email, phone number and shipping address, along with the artwork and specifications you upload. We also collect basic technical information such as your IP address and browser type to keep the site secure and to understand how it is used.

How we use your information

We use your information to prepare quotes, produce and deliver your order, respond to your enquiries and keep records required for our business. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Artwork and files

Artwork and files you upload are stored privately and used only to fulfil your order. They are not shared publicly.

Sharing

We share information only with the suppliers and couriers needed to complete your order, and where required by law. When you accept cookies, Google and Meta receive information about your visit as described under Cookies and analytics. Card payments are processed by our payment provider, Whop, which receives the details needed to take the payment.

Data retention

We keep order and enquiry records for as long as needed to run our business and meet legal obligations, after which they are securely deleted.

Cookies and analytics

Cookies are small files your browser stores when you visit a website. We use a few, for three reasons.

To make the site work. A session cookie keeps your quote list and order details together while you browse. It is deleted when you close your browser. We also store your cookie choice, so we do not ask you again on every page.

To understand how the site is used. Google Analytics tells us which pages and products people look at, so we can improve them. It does not tell us who you are.

To measure our ads. The Meta (Facebook) Pixel tells us when someone who saw one of our ads visits the site, sends a quote request or places an order. This helps us show our ads to people who are more likely to need packaging.

If you visit from outside Pakistan, we ask before using Google Analytics or the Meta Pixel. Nothing is tracked unless you click Accept. If you accept, we remember your choice for 12 months. If you decline, we remember that for 6 months and do not ask again in that time.

You can change your mind at any time by clearing the cookies for aitemaadpackages.com in your browser settings. We will ask you again on your next visit. You can also block cookies in your browser altogether, though parts of the site, such as the quote list, may stop working.

Google and Meta handle this information under their own privacy policies: policies.google.com/privacy and facebook.com/privacy/policy.
