These Terms and Conditions govern quotes, orders and services provided by Aitemaad Packages.

Quotes and orders

Quotes are valid for the period stated and are based on the specification and quantity provided. An order is confirmed once you approve the quote and, where applicable, the artwork proof.

Artwork approval

Production begins only after you approve the final artwork proof. You are responsible for checking spelling, colours, sizes and content in the proof; we are not liable for errors approved by you.

Colour and material tolerance

Slight variation in colour, board and dimensions is normal in manufacturing and print. We work to industry tolerances and will always aim to match approved references as closely as possible.

Pricing and payment

Prices are quoted per unit and vary with quantity, specification and finishes. Payment terms are stated on your invoice. Bank transfer, JazzCash and Easypaisa details are shared once your order is confirmed.

Lead times and delivery

Lead times are indicative and start from artwork approval. Delivery dates depend on production, finishing and courier or freight schedules.

Cancellations

Custom-manufactured goods cannot be cancelled once production has started. Please see our Refund Policy for details.
