Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how returns and refunds work for custom-manufactured packaging.

Custom-made goods

Because our products are manufactured to your specification and artwork, they cannot be returned or refunded for change of mind once production has started.

Faulty or incorrect orders

If your order arrives faulty, damaged in transit or materially different from the approved specification and proof, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs and your order number. We will investigate and, where the fault is ours, reprint, replace or refund the affected items.

What is not covered

We cannot refund for errors present in artwork you approved, for normal colour and material tolerance, or for damage caused after delivery.

How to make a claim

Email info@aitemaadpackages.com with your order number, a description of the issue and clear photographs. We aim to respond within a few working days.
