Shipping and payment
We make every order in Lahore and ship it to you. Here is how shipping is charged and how you can pay.
Shipping charges
Every order ships from Lahore. At checkout you choose your country and city and see the shipping charge before you place the order.
- Pakistan, orders up to 1 kg: a flat ₨300.
- Pakistan, heavier orders: the current TCS price from Lahore to your city.
- Outside Pakistan, up to 25 kg: the current TCS international price for your country.
- Outside Pakistan, above 25 kg: we send it by cargo and tell you the price after we confirm the weight.
For large but light orders the charge follows the carton size, the way couriers count bulky parcels. If a shipping charge cannot be shown at checkout, your order is still accepted: we confirm the weight, tell you the shipping charge, and you pay it with the rest of the order. Questions? How you can pay
Customers in Pakistan
- Pay by card, securely on our payment partner's page.
- Cash on delivery.
- Bank transfer, JazzCash or Easypaisa. We send the payment details once your order is confirmed.
Customers outside Pakistan
- Pay by card, securely on our payment partner's page. Card payments are charged in US dollars.
- Bank transfer. We send the bank details once your order is confirmed.
Cash on delivery is available in Pakistan only.
